I started F5 Accountants because business owners deserve more than a tax return once a year and a bill in the mail.
I'm a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent, and I've been nominated for awards in the industry. But what I'm most proud of is that my clients actually enjoy working with their accountant, probably for the first time.
We're a small team by design. I'd rather work closely with fewer clients and deliver real results than spread my team thin giving everyone the same service.

Here's what we usually get asked.
It starts with a 30-minute conversation (book from the form above). From there, our team does a deep dive into your most recent return, your structure, and your financials. Then we come back to you with a clear game plan: what we found, what we'd change, and how we work together going forward.
Once you decide to move forward, we take care of the paperwork and the hand-over so you don't have to manage it. The whole thing is usually sorted within 1 to 2 weeks.
That's why we start with a detailed review of your past returns and current structure. We look for missed deductions, incorrect entity setups, and opportunities to amend prior lodgements where the ATO allows it. Our clients regularly find savings they didn't know were available, often from things their previous accountant simply never raised.
We explain everything in plain English, not jargon. Our clients tell us we're the first accountant who actually made them feel comfortable asking questions. There's no such thing as a stupid question here.
